Before enrollment, the candidate receives the applicable fee, inclusions, access period, payment schedule, extension terms, and cancellation conditions.
Cancellation requests
Requests must be sent in writing to info@beerninstitute.com. Refund eligibility depends on the signed enrollment terms, program start date, completed live sessions, activated digital access, and materials already supplied.
Digital content and completed services
Fees attributable to delivered classes, assessments, mentorship, question-bank access, or downloadable materials may be non-refundable. Any approved refund is returned through the original or mutually agreed payment method within the timeframe communicated by BeeRN.
