Information we collect
BeeRN may collect the contact, qualification, enrollment, learning-progress, payment, and support information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver enrolled services.
Protected Student Portal
When an enrolled student opens protected learning content, BeeRN records the verified account, a device/browser identifier, IP address, coarse device location, session timestamps, and detectable policy events such as blocked print, copy, context-menu, or page-initiated display-capture attempts. Location permission is requested by the browser and is required only for protected Student Portal access.
How information is used
Information is used to provide coaching and pathway guidance, manage portal access, communicate schedules and support, process payments, protect licensed learning content, investigate account sharing or unauthorized distribution, and improve BeeRN services. BeeRN does not sell personal information.
Unauthorized sharing and access enforcement
BeeRN learning resources are licensed solely to the enrolled student and must not be copied, recorded, distributed, sold, published, or shared with another person. Where BeeRN reasonably determines that a student has shared or attempted to distribute protected resources, BeeRN may immediately suspend portal access while the incident is reviewed and issue one formal warning. Any further verified sharing after that warning may result in permanent revocation of the student's BeeRN Student Portal access.
Storage and access
Production records are stored using access-controlled systems. Security-session and incident information is visible only to authorized BeeRN administrators and contracted service providers with a legitimate operational need.
Your choices
You may deny location permission and sign out instead of opening protected content. You may request correction or deletion of eligible records by contacting info@beerninstitute.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
